The system is a cost-effective, compact sheet-fed flood coating and priming solution designed for UV, aqueous, and specialty coatings. It can be used both inline or offline and accommodates substrates up to 20.5” wide by unlimited length. Key features include on-the-fly coating control via a color touchscreen, a Solid State Digital UV lamp for efficient curing, and no coating waste due to the lack of recirculation. Optional features include high-pile feeders, stackers, conveyors, duplex coating for two-sided application, IR drying, sheet detection, Anilox coater, and corona treating. It also allows quick 2-minute coating changes and is made in the USA.
